6. Returns & Refunds Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged.

If you receive damaged goods:

• You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing elcamellodistribution@gmail.com with clear photographic evidence of the damage.
• We will review the claim and, at our discretion, offer a replacement or refund.
• Products must be unused and returned in their original packaging (if a return is approved).
• No claims will be accepted after the 48-hour window.
