We do not accept returns or offer refunds for any products purchased through our website, www.elcamellosupply.com, or directly from our warehouse, unless the product is damaged during delivery.

2. Damaged Products

If you receive a product damaged upon delivery, please contact us immediately. To initiate a claim:

  • Exceptions: Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged at the time of purchase.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for any claims.
